Tracker S-2FT Project Reveal

Over the past months, many of you have been asking about our next aircraft. Today, we are ready to share the answer.

We are proud to introduce a new project currently in development: the Tracker S-2FT. This project has been under development for several months by a new dedicated team, with no impact on our other ongoing projects.

This aircraft holds a special place for many. Originally designed in the 1950s, the Tracker had an exceptionally long and diverse career. Beyond its military origins, it became a key asset in aerial firefighting operations across several countries, playing a crucial role in the fight against wildfires for decades. Its distinctive silhouette and unmistakable presence have made it an icon in this field.

The variant we are developing, the S-2FT, represents a modernized version operated by the French “Sécurité Civile”. Among its most notable upgrades is the replacement of the original engines with turboprop PT6 engines, significantly enhancing performance, reliability, and operational efficiency in demanding low-altitude environments.

For this project, we are very pleased to be working with SOS Tracker 07, a small association of passionate former firefighters who saved an aircraft from being scrapped and have preserved it in excellent condition at Aubenas Airport, France. As with every project, having access to a real aircraft is key for us to achieve the level of quality we aim for.

As a first reveal, here is a render of the model. Stay tuned for what’s next!
